Our product - PACS On Demand® is based on a web strategy, that by using an advanced streaming technology gives users full functionality regardless of physical location and netvork speed. That means that the user uses less time and fewer clicks for each examination. The uniqueness of PACS On Demand® is the speed, which differs from other solutions on the market.
PACS On Demand® is a complete hosted solution for reading and archiving of radiological imagesm through the Internet. It is possible to see old images for comparison, without disturbing latencies. It is a complete solution with low startup costs and where you subsequently only pay for your consumption.
When a radiological examination is done, it gets transported to aa temporary archive on a local server which we supply. Afterwards it gets transported to a centralized server in our PACS On Demand® center. As soon as the examination is done, it can be viewed immediately after.
PACS On Demand® is available through the Internet. There are no vital local servers, no local databases, no local costs or time use for maintenance. We make everything that is needed in the installation available, and of course, we provide a good and quick service if problems should occur.
PACS On Demand® is build up by modules and can easily be customized to your needs. It can also be adapted as your needs change. The solution is very flexible and can be used regardless of whether you are a radiographer, radiologist, orthopedic surgeon, chiropractor or using image diagnostics in any other way.
The streaming technology gives an extremely fast transferring of the images regardless of how many images the examination contains - 60, 600, 6,000 or maybe even 60,000 images.
The solution is based on an open architecture and fully supports standards like DICOM, HL7, IHE and HIPAA which makes integration with e.g. electronic patient record systems possible. We ensure that your images are well protected and that backup runs automatically.
